Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership and oversight for all phases of a major civil construction project
Direct and support project management teams to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals
Serve as a senior liaison among ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project performance, cost controls, risk exposure, and compliance requirements
Oversee procurement strategies, contract administration, and change management
Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts
Support project closeout activities and post-project evaluations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
20+ years of senior-level experience on large-scale civil infrastructure projects
Strong background in public-sector or complex urban construction projects
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract management
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and multiple priorities
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
