Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture strategies
Develop data models, schemas, and data flow diagrams
Develop data models and metadata standards to ensure consistency and accessibility across the organization
Establish data governance policies and standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to align data architecture with business needs
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance
Optimize data storage and retrieval systems
Lead data integration and migration projects
Provide thought leadership on emerging data technologies and trends
Provide industry-leading thought leadership in data architecture
Design and develop strategies across multiple domains
Lead enterprise architecture models and repositories
Facilitate development of architecture patterns and standards
Define roadmaps for current to future state capabilities
Collaborate with business partners on solution design
Bridge business needs with technology delivery
Work closely with engineering teams to implement ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and migration strategies
Qualification
Required
