Senior Levelsolsource is a modern media agency focused on maximizing performance and delivering smarter outcomes. They are seeking a Paid Media / Social Senior Manager to own paid social and performance media across strategy, execution, measurement, and client partnership.

Responsibilities
Own paid media and paid social accounts end to end, from strategy through execution and optimization
Lead client conversations around performance, insights, and next-step recommendations
Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms
Own creative trafficking, QA, and launch readiness, ensuring assets, tracking, and media setup are aligned
Coordinate client and third-party partner trafficking workflows to reduce fragmentation and ensure consistency
Ensure measurement and tracking integrity, including conversion definitions and attribution alignment
Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
Help build scalable processes, dashboards, and frameworks as solsource grows
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing paid media and paid social accounts end to end, from strategy through execution and optimization
Ability to lead client conversations around performance, insights, and next-step recommendations
Experience in planning and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms
Skills in creative trafficking, QA, and launch readiness, ensuring assets, tracking, and media setup are aligned
Experience in coordinating client and third-party partner trafficking workflows to reduce fragmentation and ensure consistency
Knowledge of measurement and tracking integrity, including conversion definitions and attribution alignment
Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
