Imperium Global is a well-established, high-growth electrical contractor, and they are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale mission-critical data center builds. This role involves full ownership of projects from award through closeout, including project management, procurement, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

Project and account management: own schedule and milestones, labor and cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and billing

Procurement and delivery: coordinate material buyouts, long-lead planning, deliveries, and vendor management

Client and GC relationships: lead meetings, manage expectations, keep stakeholders aligned, protect delivery and margin

Estimating and preconstruction: contribute to take-offs, scope reviews, bid clarity, and handoff into execution

Site leadership: build alignment with field leadership, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe and productive execution

Team mentorship: support and develop junior PMs and office team members while owning project outcomes

Required

5 to 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience (more senior welcome)

Proven delivery on large electrical packages (5M+ jobs strongly preferred, mission-critical/data center experience ideal)

Strong financial ownership: forecasting, cost control, labor planning, and change order management

Ability to lead stakeholders with professionalism, urgency, and calm under pressure

Solid electrical, low-voltage, and energy systems understanding

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent progression through the field)

PMP is a plus
