Asset Manager, Carbon Removal

Responsibilities
Onboard new contracts at execution and manage key commercial relationships with carbon dioxide removal suppliers globally
Monitor carbon dioxide removal agreements to ensure contract compliance and delivery of key milestone obligations and manage contract change orders where necessary
Ensure that contracts deliver carbon credits and supporting documentation in line with expectations to meet company goals
Generate monthly spend forecasts for the CDR portfolio and manage contract deliveries to minimize forecast variance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information is shared on a timely basis with legal, tax, accounting, and finance
Monitor contract settlements and implement tools for verification to ensure accurate invoices and timely payments
Support the development of platform tools for digitized tracking of CDR contracts, obligations, and carbon credits

Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 3+ years experience in contract management, data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+ years experience in contract management, data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 8+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropies, corporate affairs, or related area
3+ years in asset management
3+ years' experience in carbon markets, renewable energy, or other sustainability field
3+ years' experience working in or with a large, matrixed organization
2+ years' experience in carbon markets, renewable energy, or other sustainability field
2+ years' experience in FP&A/Finance or collaborating with FP&A/Finance as a key stakeholder
2+ years' experience in contract management
