Responsibilities

Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Planner and Visio, including launch planning, sales enablement, partner engagement, and demand generation
Drive business management for Planner and Visio: track adoption, usage, and revenue performance; analyze business metrics; identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Teams and Copilot PMMs to drive integrated messaging and joint campaigns for work management scenarios
Support field sellers and partners with training, competitor insights, and customer-facing materials
Gather and synthesize customer, partner, and market feedback to inform product and GTM plans
Represent Planner and Visio in briefings to field sellers, partners, and customers
Foster a caring and inclusive team culture
