Responsibilities
Oversee case timelines and critical deadlines to ensure strategic, organized case development
Prepare and draft pleadings, legal correspondence, and family law agreements
Advocate for clients in hearings and court proceedings with professionalism and strong litigation skills
Partner with legal support staff in a collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented environment
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates, guidance, and responsive support throughout their case
Negotiate effectively with opposing counsel and parties, demonstrating a solutions-focused and professional approach
Qualification
Required
Admission to the Colorado bar
2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in family law
Strong understanding of legal principles and standard practice of family law in Colorado
Self-motivated
Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Litigation experience as the first-chair attorney
