They are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and customer-focused Lead Senior Companion to provide reliable backup coverage and ensure uninterrupted care for senior clients.

Responsibilities
Provide meaningful companionship and direct care to seniors as needed
Assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
Offer gentle reminders for medications, hydration, and daily routines
Ensure client safety through supervision and fall-prevention support
Step in to cover caregiver call-offs to ensure continuity of care
Support caregivers in the field and serve as a resource when issues arise
Support scheduling coordination, administrative tasks, and community events as needed
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
Guaranteed 40 hours/week (80 hours bi-weekly)
Standby Days: Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday
Reliable phone and internet access
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to travel up to 40 miles
Preferred
Caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred, including personal or professional experience such as HHA, PCA, CNA, LPN, or similar roles
