Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional engagement with families by phone and in person
Multitask efficiently while maintaining accurate records and answering client questions
Assist with scheduling, class changes, tours, and trial classes
Complete daily cleaning, monthly maintenance, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming facility
Support facility operations, cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
Complete required training and continue learning our programs and systems
Follow established procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Bring a positive attitude, a welcoming smile, and have fun throughout each shift
Qualification
Required
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility
Ability to communicate regularly with families and teammates
Ability to stay organized, efficient, and calm during busy times
Warm, dependable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
Availability for afternoon/evening and weekend shifts
Genuine care and compassion for children and adults
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively find solutions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and receive coaching
Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to at least one year of employment
