Responsibilities

Ability to quickly build connections with internal and external partners

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Very Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T terminologies and schematics

Knowledge and experience in product development processes and design control is preferred

In-depth knowledge of design of medical devices preferred

Knowledge about GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, ISO 13485 and compliance regulations

Knowledge on Medical Device Regulatory Standards, MDD and MDR

Knowledge on Test Method Development, Process Development, Process Capability study, fixture design and development, process V&V, Design V&V

Experience in PLM Tool (Windchill preferred)

Ability to be a technical leader on multi-functional teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to, the ability to relate technical requirements, listen effectively, influence decision-makers by data and be able to receive constructive input from others

Excellent Interpersonal / communication skills, Organizational / planning and Project management skills preferred

Ability to work efficiently, meet timelines, and communicate status (generate trackers, send emails, etc.)
