Responsibilities
Be the go-to subject matter expertise on general contracting / construction industry, business processes and terminologies
Provide contextual knowledge regarding general contracting industry, such as best practices, industry standards and KPIs
Identify opportunities for improvements and engagement in business processes, IT systems
Help break down high level business requirements, help in refining requirements for IT systems for project management budgeting/invoicing, ERP etc
Anchor customer facing workshops for roadmap and vision development
