Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution (or comparable experience)
5–10 years - experience in fundraising, development, or a related field, with proven success in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grant funding
Skilled in verbal, written, and presentation formats, with strong listening and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to foster strong internal and external partnerships to achieve goals
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources to meet deadlines effectively
Adaptable to changing needs, with a creative approach to problem-solving and strategy
Driven to set and achieve goals with enthusiasm and purpose
Logical and creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and deliver impactful solutions
