Responsibilities

Develop channel‑specific creative strategies that align with client objectives and IT channel marketing best practices
Translate business goals into strong creative concepts and messaging frameworks
Ensure consistency of brand, tone, and messaging across all client deliverables
Contribute to campaign ideation and creative planning alongside consultants and project managers
Create original marketing collateral from scratch, owning both design and copywriting when required, including:
Channel campaigns and partner toolkits
EBooks, whitepapers, and one‑pagers
Email and landing page content
Sales enablement assets
PowerPoint presentations for partners, sales teams, and executives
Training and enablement materials (guides, playbooks, workshops)
Social media assets, blogs and campaign visuals
Develop structured narratives and storyboards to support videos, presentations, training content, and multi‑asset initiatives
Expertly execute designs using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand output
Design clear, engaging, and visually compelling PowerPoint decks that tell a cohesive story
Translate complex programs and concepts into digestible training materials for partner and internal audiences
Apply instructional design thinking to ensure training content is easy to follow, practical, and effective
Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, accelerate asset creation, and refine copy and visuals
Stay current on evolving AI capabilities relevant to design, content, and marketing workflows
Apply professional judgment to ensure AI‑assisted work meets quality, brand, and ethical standards
Collaborate closely with consultants, project managers, designers, and media specialists
Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining creative integrity and timelines
Provide constructive input and creative guidance to peers when appropriate
Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices within the creative team
Bring empathy, professionalism, curiosity, and a team‑first mindset to all interactions

Qualification

Channel Marketing StrategyAdobe Creative SuitePowerPoint ExpertiseContent StrategyStoryboardingEmpathyCuriosityCollaboration SkillsCommunication SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

5–10+ years of experience in creative strategy, design, or agency environments
Demonstrated ability to design and write marketing content end‑to‑end
Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, including executive‑level presentations and training decks
Experience creating training, enablement, or instructional content
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Preferred

Channel Marketing experience is a plus!
Familiarity with storyboarding for campaigns, presentations, or educational materials
Comfort working with and evaluating AI‑enabled creative tools
