Responsibilities
Oversees the management and performance of event banquet staff
Delegates duties to staff, set-up and completion of event, assistance with proper scheduling, labor control, linen control and payment postings
When required will function as a Server, Food Runner, Cashier, or Bartender as needed
Accountable for event props/materials and management of department equipment
At times will serve as event Manager on duty. Guest interaction is an integral part of the position
Qualification
Required
Work experience directly related to banquet service
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one-year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Must be willing to accept a varying or rotating shift to include nights, weekends and holidays
Medical Examination is required
This position is eligible to receive gratuities (tips) based on the type of event(s) and performance
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation
This position is Weather Essential
