Responsibilities
Meet client-specific requirements, ensuring compatibility with their existing IT infrastructure and systems
Perform rigorous testing of systems to ensure stability, efficiency, and security before full-scale implementation
Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for the client, ensuring they understand the new systems and any changes made
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase, offering timely and effective solutions
Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of implementation projects
Evaluate post-implementation system performance, making adjustments as necessary and providing ongoing support and optimization services
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience required in technical role in the following focus areas: Data Center, Cisco Nexus Platform switches, Arista, Arista CVP desired, BGP, Automation experience – must have Ansible
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance or related field/technical training
Must have strong analytical skills
Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues and consistently react to shifting deadlines
Preferred
CCIE preferred
Financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking), is a plus
Unix/Linux background is a plus
Python is a plus
