Head of Business Development
Confidential is a tech-driven company that employs a large team of business analysts and software engineers. They are hiring a Head of Business Development to build and scale new business streams by identifying opportunities and turning them into revenue.

Responsibilities
Identify and validate new business opportunities (new streams, new offers, new target segments, new routes to market)
Own Business Development for new business streams: partners, channels, corporate accounts, and strategic alliances
Build a clear opportunity pipeline: what to pursue now, what to test, and what to drop
Open and close growth opportunities with the right stakeholders
Create simple commercial proposals and clear next steps that move fast from conversation to execution
Work with internal teams to launch pilots, measure results, and scale the opportunities that prove profitable
Improve performance by tightening the way we work: follow-ups, handovers, tracking, and accountability
Build reporting dashboards for BD: pipeline coverage, stage conversion, cycle length, forecast accuracy
Qualification
Required
2+ years in one of the following: Business Analysis, Product Management, Business Development, or Growth
Strong business sense: you can spot opportunities, assess them quickly, and prioritize the right ones
Confident communicator with strong negotiation instincts and a structured approach
Execution-driven: you move things forward, close loops, and keep momentum
Comfortable with numbers and performance tracking (targets, pipeline, basic KPIs, Excel/Sheets)
Strong ownership mindset and high standards
Required: hands-on experience with structured execution tools and practical automation/AI tools (Notion/Jira + N8N/Zapier/Make + basic AI tools)
