Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, students, staff, and parents with courtesy and warmth

Respond to phone inquiries, providing information in English and Spanish as needed

Facilitate multilingual communication during school meetings, events, and other interactions with parents and guardians

Maintain accurate and organized student records, ensuring timely updates and report preparation

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently

Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, faxing, and filing

Serve as a communication link between school staff, students, and their families

Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and comfortable for all visitors

Required

Effective communication abilities in both English and Spanish

Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles

Familiarity with basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry

Friendly demeanor and ability to work well with diverse populations

High level of attention to detail and accuracy
