Design, code, test, debug, and document programs/workflows
Build and maintain reporting/analytics to support better decisions

Required

Hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) (development tools/workflows/reporting)

Reporting/analytics experience (platform flexible—Power BI/SSRS/SQL, etc.)

Preferred

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement credential
