Responsibilities

Work closely with the technical and logistics teams to plan, pre-stage, direct, schedule, and execute new installations and upgrades of networks for our host nation partners
Serve as a country point of contact (POC) for OCONUS deployments to our host nation partners
Work closely with the engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure day to day execution of installations and upgrades
Facilitate and lead interactions with our host nation partners

Qualification

Bachelor's DegreeEngineering processes knowledgeOCONUS deployment experienceWorkflow process developmentAnalytical skillsEffective communicationProblem-solving skillsInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field with 10+ years of experience; 3+ of those years in a leadership role at a field site
Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Knowledgeable on engineering processes
Willing to travel 20-40% internationally and have ability to conduct site surveys and coordinate installation logistics
Must have an active Passport

Preferred

Experience working on OCONUS deployments and liaising with host nation partners
Experience developing workflow processes
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and technique appropriate to the audience
Extensive analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organization skills
