Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting for two office locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations using Quicken software
Process payroll for 28 hourly employees, including 401(k) contributions
Assist with administrative tasks, such as back-office support and training medical assistants
Handle office equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting issues with specialized devices
Coordinate deliveries and ensure flexibility to meet scheduling demands
Provide accurate and reliable bookkeeping services while maintaining confidentiality and trust
Collaborate with the owner and other team members to streamline financial processes
Support ongoing training initiatives to improve administrative workflows
Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a medical or surgical office setting
Proficiency in financial software such as Quicken and familiarity with payroll systems
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced and demanding work environment
Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and attention to detail
