Responsibilities
Manage assigned caseload and workflow tasks in MyCase
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Track court deadlines, hearings, and required filings
Maintain organized digital and physical case files
Communicate with clients regarding case status, deadlines, and required documents
Schedule meetings, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Coordinate court filings and monitor incoming court orders and opposing counsel filings
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently
Maintain daily billable time entries and uphold firm procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Prefer 2-3 years' experience in Probate and/or guardianship
Experience using case management systems (MyCase preferred)
