They are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the execution of social media for multiple client accounts, focusing on creative production, content planning, and real-time engagement.

Responsibilities
Managing and executing social content calendars across multiple platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok/YouTube Shorts)
Creating native content across formats: memes, threads, carousels, short-form video clips, infographics, and more
Editing short-form videos (AMAs, podcasts, community updates) for social using CapCut, Descript, or similar tools
Designing simple graphics from brand templates (Canva, Figma)
Localising tone and format per client brand and audience
Collaborating with internal creative, design, and strategy teams
Analysing performance data and iterating accordingly
Managing client approvals and feedback cycles independently and professionally
Qualification
Required
3+ years in social media management, preferably at an agency or high-paced in-house team
Proven ability to manage multiple brands or clients simultaneously
Strong copywriting skills — especially for Web3-native, plain-language
Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, etc.)
Design capability using tools like Canva or Figma
Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Sprout, Hypefury)
Preferred
Multibrand agility – You can confidently manage social output across 4–5 accounts without compromising on quality, tone, or deadlines
Sharp copywriting instincts – You write platform-native content that stops the scroll, from viral memes to polished executive tone, always aligned with the brand
Video-first mindset – You know what makes short-form content work and can cut down raw footage into clean, engaging clips for X, Reels, TikTok or Shorts
Visual eye – You can design simple, polished graphics using templates (e.g. in Canva or Figma) without waiting on a design team
Trend fluency – You stay ahead of formats, platform changes, and cultural trends, and know when and how to plug clients into the conversation
Web3 understanding (or fast-learning curiosity) – You're either native to crypto or have a demonstrated ability to quickly get up to speed with technical, fast-moving subject matter
Organised and autonomous – You don't need to be chased — you keep content moving, spot gaps before others do, and communicate proactively with your team
