Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach the Team: Guide team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to ensure continuous improvement
Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder the team’s progress
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Monitor Progress: Track sprint progress, maintain burndown charts, and ensure timely delivery of commitments
Promote Collaboration: Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability within the team
Ensure Compliance: Make sure the team adheres to Scrum values, principles, and practices
