Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and optimize global AV/VC systems for secure, high-performance collaboration
Deploy and improve AV/VC systems for conference rooms and hybrid spaces
Lead upgrades, new builds, and large-scale rollouts
Configure Microsoft Teams, Teams Room Pro, LogiSync, Appspace, BrightSign
Develop automation and API workflows to reduce manual effort
Execute projects end-to-end: design, QA, documentation, handover
Define system topology and standard room designs
Ensure interoperability across AV hardware and SaaS platforms
Deploy monitoring systems (Fusion, Ecostruxture, Netspeak, LogiSync)
Produce engineering and support documentation
Analyze Teams dashboards and telemetry for performance
Troubleshoot chronic issues and lead RCA after outages
Optimize configurations, QoS policies, and hardware settings
Integrate enterprise security into AV/VC solutions
Manage RBAC, conditional access, and compliance settings
Collaborate with InfoSec on audits and risk assessments
Oversee firmware and security patch lifecycles
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Partner with IT, networking, and workplace teams
Manage vendor contracts and compliance reviews
Provide documentation and training to support teams
Research and pilot emerging AV technologies
Use analytics to refine designs and enhance user experience
Drive automation and explore AI/ML for Tier 0/1 support
Continuously improve room standards and processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years in AV/VC engineering, SaaS deployment, or enterprise collaboration technology
Expertise with Microsoft Teams, Teams Room Pro, LogiSync, Appspace, BrightSign, Windows OS
Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and automation frameworks
Strong networking knowledge (QoS, firewalls, connectivity) for real-time collaboration
Familiarity with enterprise security (RBAC, conditional access, vulnerability management)
Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments in global environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
Experience with digital signage (Appspace, BrightSign)
Vendor management and contract oversight
Certifications: CTS, Microsoft Teams Rooms Specialist, ITIL
Exposure to AI/ML tools for IT support automation
