Responsibilities
Lead and implement California’s water reuse strategy, including market planning, regulatory engagement, and identification of key pursuit opportunities
Provide technical and project leadership for municipal recycled water and wastewater treatment projects, overseeing delivery from planning and design through construction and implementation
Partner with Area and Account Leaders to support business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal development, scope definition, and fee development
Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful delivery aligned with budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
Serve as a visible leader in the water reuse market by representing Arcadis at industry events, conferences, and professional organizations
Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Travel (as needed) to support client engagement, business development, site visits, and project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
10 years of relevant experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering and consulting
PE License in California
Preferred
Master of Science or Master of Engineering in a related field
15 years of experience
Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations
