Administrative Services Manager (Doer)
Neal Group Construction LLC is dedicated to the preservation and revitalization of nationally registered historic properties. They are seeking an Administrative Services Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily administrative tasks, providing direct assistance to the CEO and CFO while ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
Direct assistance to the CEO and CFO
Handling correspondence and facilitating communication among team members
Ensuring that all administrative functions align with company goals and standards
Qualification
Required
Proficient in analytical skills with a focus on evaluating and improving operational processes
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to support interactions with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, organization, and record-keeping
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with software tools for administrative and budget management. (QuickBooks Enterprise)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Able to pass a background check
Preferred
Experience in the construction or property development industry is a plus
