Responsibilities
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Handson and Strong knowledge in AWS Architecting, Cloud formation, Terraform ,Devops is a must
Design and Architect Solutions: Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-tier cloud solutions on AWS, adhering to the AWS Well-Architected Framework (Security, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence)
IaC Development and Management: Actively design, develop, test, and maintain robust infrastructure code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation to provision and manage AWS resources (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, etc.)
Drive automation in infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and deployment processes, integrating IaC solutions with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline)
Embed security best practices into all architectural designs and IaC templates, focusing on IAM, Security Groups, encryption, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, PCI DSS)
Proactively monitor and optimize AWS service consumption and architecture for cost efficiency (FinOps), identifying and implementing strategies to reduce operational expenses
Guide the technical strategy for migrating on-premises workloads to AWS and modernizing existing cloud applications using microservices and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Fargate)
Candidates should possess strong practical hands-on AWS Solution architecting along with Cloud formation, Terraform and Devops. People should be capable of designing an environment from the ground up, with a solid understanding of AWS infrastructure, CloudFormation, and Terraform. Knowledge of DevOps is also essential
