Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance activities and projects
Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects
Develop and execute test plans and test cases
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met
Perform test automation and software quality assurance (SQA) activities
Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software quality
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the quality assurance team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
Experience in Manual, Smoke, Sanity, Regression and UAT testing in .NET applications
Build and Maintain Test scripts using Playwright or Selenium
Ability to coach Automation Testing to other QA Team members

Preferred

Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience in leading quality assurance activities and managing quality assurance projects
Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) or equivalent certification
