The Temporary Laboratory Assistant will support client projects by conducting laboratory and microbiology analysis, as well as executing product and process tests, including report writing and documentation.

Responsibilities
Analytical & Microbiological work and report writing including running various analytical equipment
Project work including designing product or process development experiments, and executing them
Report Writing summarizing both analytical and product/process experimentation
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of basic chemistry, microbiology and food science
Work with food ingredients and processing equipment
Write reports
Understand Standard Operating Procedures and follow them
Clean equipment
Lift 50# of food material
Operate in a standing mode for a number of hours
Wear personal protective equipment and non-slid shoes in order to clean equipment
Rigorously scrub equipment and utensils
