Responsibilities
Develop and manage multi‑year plans for network infrastructure upgrades and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and IS team roadmaps
Design and maintain wired/wireless networks that meet performance, security, and scalability needs. Provide secure connectivity across data centers, cloud environments, and enterprise systems
Partner with stakeholders to support organizational objectives, standardize network services, and ensure compliance with ITSM processes and governance
Implement robust security protocols, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular testing to identify vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard systems and ensure regulatory compliance
Drive efficiency through automation of provisioning, monitoring, and incident response. Adopt emerging technologies to continuously improve operations
Foster an agile, collaborative environment. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and a culture of service excellence that exceeds customer expectations
Develop and monitor budgets, assess total cost of ownership, and benchmark services to optimize value and manage costs effectively
