Responsibilities

Develop cutting-edge products for military, governmental, and commercial customers
Design systems specifically tuned for customers' needs
Manage projects from conception to production including product ideation, research, laboratory/prototype builds, experimental testing, and design for manufacture
Lead individual projects and research
Write proposals for new ideas
Perform analytical calculations and computational simulations (CFD and FEA)
Conduct laboratory build and testing
Interface directly with customers

Solid understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics
Experience with data acquisition systems (LabVIEW preferred) including temperature, pressure, flow, and other sensors

Preferred

CFD/FEA modeling (ANSYS/FLUENT) experience is a plus
