Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Teams and voice solutions, including integration with Audiocodes SBCs and OVOC management
Manage and support the VoIP backbone, ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud telephony systems
Provision, configure, and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices
Monitor system health, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents
Collaborate with internal Teams and vendors
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
Mentor junior team members

Required

Proven experience with Microsoft Teams, Audiocodes SBCs (Mediant series), and OVOC
Strong understanding of VoIP backbone architecture, SIP trunking, and PSTN integration
Experience with managed phones and ATA devices
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
7+ years in unified communications or voice engineering roles
Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and troubleshooting
Microsoft Teams (Phone system, Direct Routing)
Audiocodes SBCs & OVOC
VoIP backbone - managed phones & ATA devices - Scripting (PowerShell desirable)

Preferred

Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (preferred)
Audiocodes Certified Professional (desirable)
