Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent experience)
13+ years leading complex technology initiatives, especially in digital transformation and platform development
13+ years of people management experience, building and mentoring high-performing teams
Proven Track Record In Engineering design excellence
Proven Track Record In Agile delivery and scrum management
Proven Track Record In Managing and eliminating technical debt
Proven Track Record In Preventing satellite IT
Proven Track Record In Aligning technology strategy with business transformation goals
Deep understanding of SDLC and end-to-end solution delivery
Expertise In Microservices architecture
Expertise In Cloud platforms
Expertise In AI/ML technologies
Expertise In DevOps and CI/CD practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Risk management and governance expertise
Ability to drive innovation and adapt in fast-paced environments
