Responsibilities

Support store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a smooth customer experience

Receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, process trailers, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage

Deliver orders curbside to customers and monitor alerts for Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders

Greet customers warmly and resolve issues during interactions

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor, updating signs and pricing, and restocking merchandise

Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers
