Processing chemicals into mixes for smoke irritants
Granulating these mixes for pressing into various products
Adding starter compounds and preparing materials for further production
Follow detailed work instructions and collaborate closely with supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Ensure all products meet quality standards with precision and care
Maintain an energetic work pace in a team-focused environment
Work comfortably while wearing protective clothing and headgear
Qualification
Required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Physical capability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift 50 lbs. (and move up to 100 lbs.)
Skilled hand-eye coordination for various tasks
Flexibility to adapt to different duties and protective gear requirements
Be able to work in varying temperatures
