Service Scheduler
Coad Toyota is looking for an experienced candidate with a commitment to customer service at the highest level to fill our Service Scheduler position. This position will handle inbound calls for service scheduling and facilitate the appointment process in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
Fielding in-bound service department phone calls
Booking appointments based on a maintenance schedule and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
Daily customer retention outgoing calls and reminders
Learning the duties of the Service Advisors in order to assist with the overall performance of the service drive, and to schedule appropriately
Documenting and updating customer records in real-time, based on interactions
Make outgoing call based on our customer database program – NO COLD CALLING
Qualification
Required
A general understanding of automotive service and repair
The desire and ability to keep abreast of automotive technology changes
A thorough understanding of time management and appointment scheduling
Solid multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing customer service
The ability to instantly build rapport with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Strong computer skills
Works well in a team environment
Happy and Positive Attitude
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and handle work flow
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work under pressure
Willingness to learn multiple software programs
