Responsibilities
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support project deliverables
Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create, track and maintain risk portfolio deliverables
Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions
Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users
Qualification
Required
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Excellent at managing multiple tasks across multiple projects at the same time
Excellent problem resolution skills
Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
A knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its components is a plus
Experience with Microsoft products, specifically SharePoint
Experience with Excel (VBA macros and advanced formulas)
Experience with technology deployment processes
Information Technology professional with 10+ years' experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
ITSM experience a plus
