Law Student Volunteer
The Antitrust Division, part of the Department of Justice, is responsible for enforcing federal laws that ensure free and open markets. They are currently seeking Law Student Volunteers for the Summer 2026 Academic Semester to assist in various legal tasks related to antitrust enforcement.

Responsibilities
Assisting in trials and hearings
Reviewing documents
Preparing legal memoranda and briefs
Attending depositions
Working closely with attorneys conducting investigations
Presenting legal research in a group setting
Preparing assistance requests for foreign governments
Conducting interviews of national and international subjects
Qualification
Required
You must be a United States Citizen or National
You must successfully pass a security/background investigation and drug screening
You must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program of study at a university, college, at the time of application and during your internship
You must submit an academic transcript (official or unofficial) or proof of enrollment with your application to verify that you meet the minimum eligibility requirements
Students must have completed at least one full semester with an accredited law school at the beginning of the current academic term
You must meet all qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 02/17/2026
Your resume must support your responses to the online questionnaire and the qualification requirements
Preferred
Preference will be given to second and third-year law students
Applicants must have superior research and writing skills, be detail oriented
