Required

Expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Server

Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate
3+ years managing Exchange environments
Experience with hybrid deployments and migrations
Advanced administration of Exchange Online and Exchange Server
Hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations
PowerShell scripting
Email security and compliance
Integration with Active Directory and Azure AD
