Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Syteline environment to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process
Customize and extend the functionality of Syteline using Mongoose and C# programming languages
Develop and maintain integrations between Syteline and other systems, such as Factory-Trak, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize the stability and performance of the Syteline environment
Document technical designs, code, and configurations to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure maintainability
Stay up-to-date with the latest Syteline features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience working with Syteline ERP system in a manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in Mongoose development and customization
Proficiency in C# programming language
Experience with Factory-Trak or similar manufacturing execution systems (MES)
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Syteline certification(s) or relevant professional certifications
Experience with other ERP systems and integration platforms
Familiarity with SQL Server databases and SQL querying
Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
