Continuous experience and behavior pipelines
Reward systems grounded in real outcomes
Feedback loops that meaningfully change agent behavior
Long-horizon evaluation frameworks (not one-off metrics)
Matchmaking and recommendation signals
Experimentation systems (A/B tests, bandits, sequential testing)
Drift detection, safety monitoring, and anti-gaming guardrails
Qualification
Required
10+ years in applied ML / data science (production)
3+ years building LLM-enabled systems
Experience designing end-to-end feedback and reward loops
Strong hands-on data engineering skills
Production experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or similar)
Deep understanding of reward shaping, value estimation, and long-horizon learning
