Responsibilities

Lead and mentor an engineering team, fostering professional growth, high morale, and a culture of continuous innovation

Define and drive the roadmap for GCS Traffic Isolation, collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives

Oversee the design and operation of foundational systems including GCS Isolator, Sunspot, and Floodgate to safeguard the global serving stack

Collaborate with serving fabric and product teams to drive the integration of isolation technologies and best practices across GCS

Drive improvements in reliability and efficiency through innovative load management while ensuring high standards for production health and execution

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
