Qualification
Required
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a related degree
Strong interest in competency-based education and pharmacy education innovation
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in developing and facilitating small group learning
Familiarity with curriculum design, learning management systems, and educational technology
Prior involvement in publishing scholarly work
