Responsibilities
Participate in troubleshooting/root cause analysis along with developers for multiple applications with a varying technology stack, ranging from Mainframe to Java
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and product owners for each application in scope
Problem solving and ability to review, analyze and evaluate business processes, procedures and user needs
Provide data analysis to support, compile, and report key information for operations and business objectives
Be responsible to drive processes and improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements
Perform and participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and procedures following appropriate standards
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business and clients
Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
Produce, publish, and distribute operational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes
Conduct tests or test planning sessions, provide input for feasibility, and prepare user documentation and follow-up evaluation
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Solid knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management
8+ yrs experience across troubleshooting, support, root cause analysis and contributing to the strategic creation & building out of products, accelerating value delivery to customers, working with cross-functional teams to realize products
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations
Knowledge or familiarity of network flows and controls
Experience in basic system administration of UNIX/Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems
Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
Preferred
Knowledge or familiarity with the following areas and systems will be a plus: Card processing and configuration with Fiserv, Visa or other vendors within the industry
Managerial exp is good to have
Office 365 – Business Productivity - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
