Responsibilities

Maintaining responsibility for communicating to all stakeholders in a manner that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction and carrier compliance

Answering in-bound calls from carriers and customers and assessing and responding to their needs

Troubleshooting delivery issues alongside motor carrier teams to include locating customer homes, contacting customers, contacting carrier teams to request “go-backs,” and notifying customers of pending time frame or delivery issues

Providing exceptional service to clients, customers and carriers always

Following-up with customers to ensure satisfaction after exception-based solution

Performing office clerical work, such as filing and organizing

Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly

Manage logistics services

Performing other duties as assigned
