Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and adjust automated and semi-automated production equipment
Independently run multiple production lines, including performing changeovers
Perform routine assembly-line functions such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
Inspect in-process products and remove defective materials to maintain quality standards
Troubleshoot equipment and product issues using independent judgment under general supervision
Identify the need for minor equipment repairs and assist with root-cause analysis
Perform minor routine maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) tasks
Use gauges, jigs, fixtures, charts, and simple diagrams to verify specifications and tolerances
Monitor product quality using statistical process control or other quality control procedures
Accurately complete all required quality, safety, and maintenance documentation
Perform cleanup activities in sterilized or controlled areas as required
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), housekeeping, and safety policies
Work overtime as required to meet business needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience working in a regulated environment required
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
Ability to work independently within approved process documentation
Ability to recognize deviations from specifications
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English
Ability to analyze charts, follow simple diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows-based environments
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Preferred
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
