Responsibilities

Managing the customer experience by leading all communications between venue and the client from initial interest through completion of events, serving as the primary contact and navigator for any escalated venue client concerns, including after normal business hours
Schedules showings for the three venues for all types of events, prepares contracts and documents client correspondence
During events- meet vendors on site, be the eyes and ears during events, make sure building locked up, cleaned and secured at the end of the night (might outsource when 2 events at once)
Recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans for generating event revenues (social media, direct calls, etc) to sell venues to diverse clients
Posts and engages on social media for venues
Maintains or exceeds budgeted sales and profits in all event areas as well as creating future yearly budgets
Reports weekly to Owner including reports on showings/ bookings/ upcoming events
Maintaining and developing vendor relationships, especially with preferred caterers
Prepares revenue and expense budgets and projections, updated at least monthly
