Responsibilities

Create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for emerging technologies, including cloud, AI/ML, IoT, and automation, to support organizational goals
Lead and oversee strategic technical sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards through supplier rationalization and selection
Collaborate closely with multiple departments, including Network Engineering, Product, and Finance teams. Manage GCM Development Project budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with security controls and contractual obligations
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements for both internal and external partners
Use client satisfaction surveys and project monitoring to resolve issues and measure success
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical suppliers, oversee supplier performance evaluations, and partner with other business units to align sourcing activities with business objectives
Work closely with BU stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with technology needs, provide cost analysis support, and facilitate technology adoption
Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize procurement costs, and manage risks associated with technology sourcing to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted

3+ years of related experience; Certification may be required in some areas

Preferred

Experience using Power BI reporting, Power query, M language and dataset manipulation
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint online sites and lists
Bachelors of Science degree in Math, Science, or Engineering preferred
