Required

Certified LSA
Min 10+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects
Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions
Very good communication skills
Ability to engage with customers effectively
Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements
Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy
Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem
Help create road maps for the project
Should be hands on with consulting mindset
Should have experience in the latest versions of Pega (Infinity 24.x)
Must have experience in developing applications using Pega Constellation
Must have worked on Pega upgrades
Should have led mid-Size to large tech teams
Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation
Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Preferred

Experience in migrating Pega applications from on-prem to cloud (Pega or self-managed cloud environments) is a plus
