Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
7–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
Experience with SQL Server and database design
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is desirable
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
Experience with Microservices architecture
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Understanding of RESTful services and API security
Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or Azure Developer Associate
Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
